I have SQLServer Express with Reporting Services.
I want to create reports and use the Reporting Service. There are no projects in my version of Visual Studio 2005 for reports so I attempted to install BI Visual Studio from SQLEXPR_TOOLKIT.
If I select the BI feature of the SQLEXPR_TOOLKIT install it gives me the message
Name: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Tools Express Edition
Reason: Your upgrade is blocked. For more information about upgrade support, see the "Version and Edition Upgrades" and "Hardware and Software Requirements" topics in SQL Server 2005 Setup Help or SQL Server 2005 Books Online.

Your upgrade is blocked because the existing component is a later version than the version you are trying to upgrade to. To modify an existing SQL Server component, go to Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel, select the component you would like to modify, and then click Change/Remove.
Since I haven't got BI Visual Studio installed the message is perplexing. I thought it might be to do with the SQLServer SDK that was also installed on this machine so I de-installed it. However I still get the same message. Which component is blocking it? Is there any guarantee that BI Visual Studio will be available even if I get past the block? Can I have BI Visual Studio and Visual Studio on the same machine?
