SQL Management Studio 2014 - Installation failure with Exit code (Decimal) : -2068709375

I am attempting to perform an unattended installation of SQL Management Studio 2014 on aWindows 7 SP1 x64 operating system. I am using the extracted installation media to achieve this and using thesetup.exe (as highlighted below).

The command-line used is:

setup.exe /Q /IACCEPTSQLSERVERLICENSETERMS /CONFIGURATIONFILE="<path to ConfigurationFile.ini>"

The contents of the ConfigurationFile.ini is as follows:
