We have a dev studio full of recently upgraded Windows 10 DELL precision desktops.
Whenever we try to install any version of SQL Server (Express, Std, Dev, 2012,2014,2016 etc) and reboot the machine we are unable to log into the computer again.
We cannot log into either domain accounts or local accounts. Sometimes it reports that the RPC server is unavailable sometimes no error.
We have had to completely wipe around 10 machines so far and tell all Devs not to install SQL server which is hampering productivity.
I am amazed we cannot find anyone else with this serious issue!
