I am having the same problem as a lot of other people have had before, as far as i can see. But I am not able to get mine working with the solutions posted for them. Could someone help me. I have removed all other SQL server editions from my laptop and then tried to install SQL Server 2017 Express. It resulted in the error stated in the title.
Since you have asked other people for their logfiles, you can find my logfile here:

Hopefully one of you guys can help me! Btw: I am not that technical at all, so it would be nice if you could give me specific orders about what to do.
Thank you in advance.
