Hello, I have a POS Application with MS SQL Server back end. We have a client that usually having problem with internet, mostly those on remote areas, their main server is on Sydney, and their sub branches are on the remote areas of Australia where the internet really is bad, and currently, when this happens, their operation will be very messy because they will sell manually (by paper invoices, receipts, etc)
I want to design a countermeasure for this by creating a Local POS which use Local Database, (per client PC), and sync the data when its online again, (or stay to connect locally if they want to but the end of the day, it will be synced to the main database). My question is, by this setup, will there be any issues with the MS SQL License?
